The CSHP CDT has established an integrated academic-industry training partnership. In addition to contributing to the design and delivery of the programme, our partners can co-develop and co-supervise PhD projects, with projects involving a 2-4 month placement at industry partner sites, providing access to partner facilities and the expertise of their employees.

To expose the cohorts to an array of innovation fields, we have established partnerships with 10 award-winning SMEs. These partnerships will enrich the student experience through the 'Entrepreneurs-in-Residence' scheme, and will be fully embedded in the activities of the CDT, ensuring benefit to students and companies.
